Return and Refund Policy

At AR Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

7 Days Return Policy

We offer a 7 Days Return Policy only for products that are received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging, labels, and seal must be intact and unbroken.
  • The product should be returned in a proper condition so that it can be resold.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or consumed.
  • Product seal is broken or packaging is damaged.
  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is damaged due to customer mishandling.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for the refund.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to share photos or videos of the defective product before approval. Return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team after verification.
